BCM Tip - attachments with Mass Email Mailshots

One of the common uses of Business Contact Manager is to send emails to selected contacts. This is a nice facility that allows you to target selected BCM Contacts or Accounts, and track the effectiveness of email you send to them. One of the regular questions I get when Training on this feature is "can I add attachments to the email I send?". The answer is not as straight forward as you might think, so here's the full story.

My Outlook BCM 2010 System
